Return Eligibility Period
We support a 60-day return policy for all products. Customers can apply for a return service within 60 days from the day the order is successfully delivered. All return applications must be submitted through the designated channel on our contact page.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must be kept in unused, unopened, and intact condition with original packaging. Damaged products caused by personal use, man-made damage, or lost packaging are not eligible for free return. We strictly verify the returned goods after receiving the package.
Refund Processing Time
After the returned product is received, inspected and confirmed to meet the return standards, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. All refunds are settled in unified US dollar currency. The actual arrival time of funds depends on the processing rules of your payment institution.
Return Shipping Instructions
For returns caused by product quality problems, we will bear the return shipping fee. For personal subjective return demands, customers need to bear the return logistics cost by themselves. We do not support cash refunds for any orders.
Order Cancellation
Customers can apply for order cancellation before the goods are shipped. Once the order enters the shipping process, cancellation application will not be accepted. All cancellation requests need to be submitted through the contact page.
